Abilene (pronounced /ˈæbɪliːn/) is a city in and the county seat of Dickinson County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 6,844. The Dwight D. Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum is located in Abilene.
Abilene is located at 38°55′11″N 97°13′2″W / 38.91972°N 97.21722°W / 38.91972; -97.21722 (38.919721, −97.217329) at an elevation of 1,155 feet (352 m).
