SUMMARY
Entry level administrative position into the field of Hospitality Human Resources with clear understanding and training provided for success. Assists in all areas of Human Resources department such as assisting with recruiting events for job applicants to fill existing job openings. Responsible for all administrative office duties such as filing employee paperwork, new hire employee onboarding, answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and employee data entry. Carry out coordination of staff questions/needs with other departments. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR for three years.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Entry level administrative position into the field of Hospitality Human Resources with clear understanding and training provided for success. Prior customer service/ administrative experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great customer service and people skills is a must.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
