Human Resources Assistant jobs in Minneapolis, MN

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Manage the new hire onboarding process in HRIS 
• Process I-9 forms for new hires
• Run, maintain and manage driver driving records for delivery drivers 
• Assist with HRIS maintenance 
• Distribute and Manage anniversary gifts for employees
• Manage and process orders for all location including office supplies, clothing, and gas cards
• Assist with office administration including answering phones, greeting guests, processing mail, etc.
• Assist teammates and other departments as needed; Perform other office tasks as assigned 

Qualifications: 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize 
• Has technical and problem solving skills
• Excellent service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Able to maintain confidentiality 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Preferred HR related experience (e.g. HR related education, HR certification, HR work experience) 

Compensation & Benefits 

• Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending upon qualifications) 
• Full-time position

• This position is based out of our corporate office in St. Louis Park
