- Assist in organization design and restructuring efforts

- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures

**Skills:**

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels

- Proficiency in HR systems like ADP, Oracle, ATS, and Kronos

- Experience in benefits administration and workers' compensation processes

- Knowledge of organization design principles

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations for workplace safety
