The HR Generalist participates as an integral and cooperative team member in achieving department-related goals for the agency. We are seeking an individual who has strong customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail. This position is Monday-Friday and pays $20.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience.

DUTIES:

• Welcoming new hires, to include gathering and tracking required employment documents.
• Accurate and timely HRIS management.
• Benefit program communication to employees.
• Supporting Spurwink's licensing requirements including personnel file oversight.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates degree in HR, Business, related degree, or equivalent education and/or experience required. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related degree preferred. Working knowledge of the Affordable Care Act strongly preferred. Experience working in a health care or mental health care setting is preferred.
