Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace conflicts and issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Process payroll and collaborate with 3rd party vendor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
• Proficiency in Payroll software
