Seaview Orthopaedics and Medical Associates is looking for a highly motivated, organized, self start join to the team. The Human Resource Generalist will assist the Human Resource Team with critical Human Resources functions to include, but not limited to, Recruiting & Staffing, Onboarding/Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Performance Management, Training, Employee Engagement, Leave & Attendance Administration, as well as several other areas within Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information, data, and records.
• Research and resolve questions from staff as they relate to Time and Attendance, PTO, Self Service Portal questions.
• Assist Accounting department with monthly Benefit Bill Reconciliation & reporting
• Assist with FMLA and Disability paperwork & tracking
• Assist with processing payroll
• Assist in talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding process, posting job positions, reviewing resumes, and booking interviews.
• Various projects as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Business, HR, Accounting or better
• Knowledge of General HR and accounting principles
• Strong financial & analytical acumen
• Experience/Strong Knowledge HRIS system
• Experience with ADP & QuickBooks a plus
• Strong Computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite

Requirements

• 2 Years HR/ Payroll experience required ADP Preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with all aspects of information in accordance with Practice polices and Federal & State regulations
• Reports to Human Resource Director
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing and able to meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, results driven, prefers to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Highly organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
