We are seeking a new Human Resources Director.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position guides and manages multiple areas inclusive of the administration of HR functions, credentialing and privileging practices. Originates and leads HR responsibilities, credentialing and privileging practices, that promote a high-performance culture and a fully integrated health-care practice. Promotes the mission and philosophy of providing quality health care and related services to the medically underserved. Upholds and ensures compliance with and attention to all corporate policies and procedures, as well as the mission and values of the organization.
What You Will Do
· Provides management assistance to all supervisory personnel, assisting them in performing personnel management activities. Assists with employee retention activities and monitors employee turnover.
· Reviews policies and procedures bi-annually, updating as appropriate. Develops new policies and procedures as necessary.
· Oversees the credentialing and privileging process for Licensed Independent Practitioners and other licensed/certified/registered healthcare providers and staff.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
