ABOUT THIS ROLE
Under the general direction of the Parent Aide Services Supervisor, the Parent Aide Worker provides needed and appropriate intensive, concrete services to children and their families involved in the Advance Parent Education Home-Based Services Program. The Parent Aide coordinates the delivery of services as required by the State of Michigan Law and applicable Service Standards to increase the family's ability to function successfully in its community.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field.
A valid MI Driever license is required.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Works a flexible schedule, provides direct services to appropriately eligible and referred families, and explores all other funding opportunities prior to requesting specific assistance fund expenditures.
