WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:- Hard-working individuals, wanting to excel in their profession
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starting team player with a positive attitude and good communication
- Considers attendance & punctuality a priority.
- Perform all work according to safety standards and procedures
- Electrical and Electronic troubleshooting
- Inspect products
- Refrigerant Charging and Recovery
- Read Engineering Drawings and Wiring Diagrams
- Brazing, Welding, Soldering
- Accurately complete quality and administrative documents
- Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
- Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable
- Ensuring work space is clean, safe and in working order
- Able to use power tools and electrical testing and measuring equipment
- Universal EPA Certification preferred
- 3-4 years' work experience, HVAC related preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Able to read factory orders
- Proficient in English
- Safety-sensitive position
EDUCATION:- Graduation from a standard high school, vocational school or equivalent is required
