Responsibilities Of Territory Outside Industrial Sales Representative
- Develop customer relationships.
- Looking for a hunter that will bring in new sales relationships and opportunities.
- Increases revenue from assigned customers by increasing product lines or items sold and converting general line sales.
- Promptly and efficiently process orders and quotes according to protocol.
- Manage opportunities through our Sales Funnel Process.
- Develop a value proposition with customers to gain leads and sales.
- Promptly answer and respond to incoming phone calls from customers and vendors.
- Follow up on quotes and or opportunities.
- Seek to understand customer relationships in order to recognize, and take advantage of, opportunities to grow the business, while improving internal processes at TMO/Parker Stores.
- Maintain customer accounts and efficiently process customer and vendor returns and credits.
- Manage area as an entrepreneur, with complete knowledge of how decisions are made and implemented and how they impact efficiency and the bottom line.
- Assisting with all other office duties as required.
Required Skills Of Territory Outside Industrial Sales Representative
- Three to five years of related experience in industrial sales or customer service.
- Proven track record of Business to Business sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of or experience with hydraulic components with a mechanical background is preferred.
- Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Four your bachelor degree preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Comfortable and willing to drive in all types of weather.
- Competency with Microsoft Office software.
- Basic Math skills
