HVAC Mechanic performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Being an HVAC Mechanic follows blueprints or engineering specifications to install units. Performs troubleshooting to identify the cause of problems. Additionally, HVAC Mechanic maintains and secures a spare parts inventory. Recommends purchasing maintenance equipment and supplies as required to improve processes and efficiencies. Typically requires an apprenticeship and/or completion of technical training. Requires a high school diploma. The regulations governing the location may require an HVAC Mechanical State License and EPA Section 608 Certification (CFC). Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The HVAC Mechanic works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We are currently searching for Dental Billing Specialists to work in our Reading, PA headquarters. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.
In this position, you will be responsible for your assigned clients, usually 4-5 depending on the size of the client. As a Dental Billing specialist you will be responsible for submitting claims and attachments to insurance companies, filing appeals and collecting outstanding insurance claims for our clients. We utilize a HIPAA compliant encrypted remote access software to log in to a workstation at each clients' office enabling us to enter this information directly into their system to ensure that their info is up to date and current and always 100% correct. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
Dental Front Desk experience is not required, we will train. Computer literacy, a good work ethic and attention to detail ARE REQUIRED. The ideal candidate will be experienced with or able to learn a variety of practice management software like Dentrix, Open Dental and Eaglesoft, possess a good work ethic, experience with MS Office, and be very customer service oriented. Starting salary range is $14-$16 per hour with no dental experience and more with experience, but we believe in rewarding value and hard work quickly and have systems and training in place to give you the ability to reach top pay ranges quickly. We offer a Highmark Blue Shield PPO Health Insurance Plan with employer contribution, Paid Dental and Vision plans, 6 paid holidays and up to two weeks of PTO after 1 year of employment.
