HVAC Supervisor supervises and coordinates the operations, maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company, product, or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines. Being an HVAC Supervisor conducts quality testing and inspections. May authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases. Additionally, HVAC Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Requires an HVAC Mechanical State License and EPA Section 608 Certification (CFC). Typically reports to a manager. The HVAC Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HVAC Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- Create and maintain an organized filing system
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
- Perform task with customers and service techs to help keep schedule on track
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities
- Contribute to company reports
- Address and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitude
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and ability to use Apple computer and needed programs
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
