Overview

Our State Government Practice Group (SGPG) is seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation Project Coordinator to support our team. You should have experience supporting teams and efforts to implement IT software/systems. The candidate filling this position must be located in or willing to relocate to (or within daily commuting distance of) Carson City, Nevada and is expected to work on-site at the client location 100% of the time.

You will apply your knowledge and experience to support our state government client in implementing its chosen ERP system through supporting the project team comprised of state agency and BerryDunn staff. This will require providing as needed support to the state agency and BerryDunn team and working in collaboration with the ERP system integrator (SI) vendor. You will bring exceptional organizational and self-management qualities and effective written and verbal communication skills.

General travel expectation: Approximately 50% travel to client sites is anticipated to support future engagements/projects (once the above-described project ends).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to collecting and inputting information into weekly/monthly project status reports
• Assist with project tasks as assigned by the BerryDunn Project Director and Project Managers
• Compile weekly status updates for purposes of internal discussion and reporting
• Assist with administration of project watch items, risks, action items, issues, and decision logs
• Develop deliverable shells based upon approved deliverable expectation documents and approved style guide(s) and standard(s)
• Maintain a resource calendar
• Conduct meeting management activities (i.e., planning, preparation, and capturing/distributing outcomes)
• Assist the BerryDunn Project Director and Project Managers with development of meeting artifacts (e.g., agendas, handouts, and presentations)
• Verify that meetings have appropriate space and video conferencing capabilities prior to the meeting
• Assist with development of project deliverables and artifacts

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience supporting teams and efforts to implement IT software/systems (government and/or ERP system experience a plus; experience specifically with CGI Advantage a major plus)
• Proficiency in all Microsoft (MS) applications including MS Project and MS Visio
• Ability to balance multiple assignments and achieve quality results in a timely manner
• Current PMI/Scrum/Agile/IIBA or related certifications a plus
• Demonstrated critical thinking and logical reasoning skills
• Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with diverse teams
• Ability to draft client-facing reports/communications in a professional/constructive manner

Compensation Details

The base salary range targeted for this role is $70,000–$87,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
