Cooperative Educational Service Agency 10 (CESA 10) is looking for an individual to serve as a full-time (190 days) Educational Consultant – Collaborative Programming Implementation to be based in the CESA 10 Chippewa Falls office. This position will provide service to our CESA 10 member districts with the development, implementation, and coordination of K-12 programming while working collaboratively with our member districts and the Learning Service Department to support current needs for our districts in conjunction with supporting emerging and developing programs with our partners.
Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree and a Wisconsin Reading Teacher License. Ten years of experience as an interventionist, professional learning facilitator, or instructional coach is preferred but not required.
Performance Responsibilities:
● Support districts with developing comprehensive reading programs including the Science of Reading aligned with Act 20.
● Support CESA10 school districts with the workflow as the CESA Educator Development Specialist (CEDS)
● Support districts with federal funding including, but not limited to, the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA).
● Collaborate with the Learning Services team.
● Facilitate collaborative agreements with the Department of Public Instruction, including but not limited to, Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment; Educator Effectiveness; and Peer Review Mentor Grant.
● Integrate effective, research-based teaching strategies.
● Performance responsibilities may be adjusted based on need.

This is a full-time (190 days) position. Salary will be competitive.
