Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented SAP Implementation Specialist to join our team. The SAP Implementation Specialist is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using SAP.
• Configure, customize, and develop SAP solutions to address specific business needs.
• Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on SAP usage and best practices.
• Oversee SAP integrations with other systems and applications.
• Identify business requirements not addressed in initial implementation and translate them into additional specifications for the SAP system.
• Regular collaboration with Program and Project Managers on system integration status, issues, solutions, and consultative activities.
• Apply functional knowledge to meet operational business needs to increase revenue and reduce cost.
• Support full cycle implementation, which includes Gap Analysis, requirements gathering, blue printing, development, testing, reporting, go-live and post go-live support.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or SAP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an SAP Implementation Specialist with at least 5 years of experience with ERP/SAP applications in a large enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Demonstrated problem solving, analytic skills and troubleshooting skills associated with the integration of multiple IT systems.
• Proficiency in SAP modules such as Finance, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, or others relevant to the organization.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong project management skills to lead SAP-related initiatives.
