    How You Will Make an Impact

    You will contribute to the success of the Service department by being involved and adding to our customer satisfaction. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.

    What Winning Looks Like :

    • Demonstrating a high HQ (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
    • Greeting all customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Assisting our service staff as needed
    • Manage loaner fleet of 25 vehicles.
    • Write loaner agreements
    • Checking loaners in and out
    • Answer phones and schedule service appointments
    • Providing reports to service manager on surveys and sales
    • Assisting with dealership sanitization protocols
    • Order office and janitorial supplies for the store
    • Monitors store fuel card usage
    • Organizing new vehicle manuals and keys
    • Perform duties assigned by Service Manager as needed

    Skills Needed to Win :

    • At least 18 years of age
    • Experience in an automotive dealership preferred
    • Excellent communication skills
    • High school diploma preferred
    • Willing to work full-time with flexible hours and availability on the weekends
