    The Opportunity
    As a Bank Sales and Service Contact Center Manager, you will lead a team that offers USAA bank products and ensures outstanding member service. You will be responsible for daily operations, performance management, and professional development. You'll play a vital role in maintaining compliance policies and procedures while delivering member support.

    This position requires you to be in the office 4 days per week and is based in Phoenix, AZ. Please note that relocation assistance is not available.

    What you'll do:

    Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of a Bank Sales and Service Contact Center team.

    Provide expert knowledge on Banking products and processes, including laws, rules, and regulations.

    Resolve member issues with empathy and a needs-based approach to ensure satisfaction.

    Analyze performance metrics and monitor key indicators for trends and insights.

    Improve operational efficiencies and enhance member experience through process and procedure improvements.

    Motivate and support your team in navigating challenges efficiently.

    Evaluate calls to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

    Build and oversee a high-performing team through recruitment, development, and coaching.

    Safeguard against risks in accordance with compliance policies and procedures.

    What you have:

    Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.

    6 years experience in financial services or 6 years military experience.

    2 years of direct team lead, supervisory, or management experience, including successful process improvements.

    Knowledge of Banking products, processes, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

    Adept at understanding, interpreting, and coaching employees on regulatory and compliance requirements.

    Experience identifying emerging risks or areas of opportunity and proposing solutions.

    Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.

    Proven problem-solving abilities.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    What sets you apart:

    Recent experience in a Bank or Financial Services contact center environment.

    Recent experience with Retail Bank products, preferably Deposits.

    2 or more years of experience coaching team members on call evaluations, including compliance and technical opportunities.

    Flexibility to work non-core hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.

    Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and team members.

    Military experience through service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.

    What we offer:
    Compensation: Your salary will be within the designated range based on your experience and market data. The range for this position is $65,090 - $117,080.
