Well, there’s 24 hours in a day and there were a lot of sleepless nights to get the work done, keep the books, create marketing materials, etc. It was challenging at times, but the priority never changed. And this philosophy holds true today. You see, we don’t hire resumes; we hire awesome people. We can teach you the ICC way of designing control panels, but we can’t teach you the family values and work ethic necessary to be successful here. We don’t tolerate games or politics and there’s no place for showboats to hide.
