Position Type/Hours:
Full-time position. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for the leadership, growth and development of assigned electrical and mechanical engineers that are designing the custom machines, writing software, selecting parts/hardware, supporting assembly, debugging and supporting the service function. This includes closely partnering with the Technology, Assembly, and Service functions and other internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met and work is completed on time. This position effectively manages critical cross functional interfaces, communications, and clarity on expectations. This role is critical to ensuring all functions are aligned as the engineers complete the design.
