We’ll handle the sales – you’ll focus on production.  That means supervising and managing our existing staff of installers, and recruiting and training additional team members so that we can take on additional work.

Candidate must:

• Know how to install and have proven knowledge of industrial floor coating systems and concrete surface preparation.
• Be willing to recruit, train and manage installation team members.
• Be able to work equally well in the office and in the field.
• No diploma needed – candidates are evaluated based on ability and experience.
