Duties:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care

Skills:
- Classroom management: Ability to create a structured and engaging learning environment
- Early childhood education: Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies
- Childcare: Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Educate: Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds
- Toddler care: Understanding of the unique needs of toddlers and ability to provide appropriate care
- First aid: Certification in first aid/CPR or willingness to obtain certification
- Behavior management: Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors in a positive manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
