1. Ability to read, write and speak the English language, bilingual helpful.

4. Three (3) years of experience in banking or job-related field and one (1) year of training and/or education in the field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

7. Ability to communicate well over the telephone using proper grammar and telephone etiquette.
8. Above-average knowledge of legal aspects of banking.
9. Ability to operate basic office equipment including a PC with job-related software.
10. Ability to handle bank and customer transactions with a high level of confidentiality.
11. Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
12. Knowledge of Alliance Bank’s policies and procedures.
13. Knowledge of Alliance Bank’s products and services.
14. Schedules are prepared based on business needs and are subject to change at any time. This may include the need for evenings, weekends, or holiday coverage.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

6. Maintain and administer phishing security software and execute all campaign, policy, reporting, and training functions as directed.
7. Assist employees with any information security needs or questions.
8. Perform risk assessments as directed.
9. Coordinate with business stakeholders to assist in performing risk assessments within the risk management software and by other means.
10. Oversee and execute the risk assessment schedule according to the bank’s timeline.
11. Assist with coordination and execution of IT audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing and work with IT to remediate any findings.
12. Responsible for administration and maintenance of vendor management software including but not limited to the following:
a. Manage contract life cycle through vendor management software.
b. Communicate directly with bank stakeholders and vendors throughout the vendor life cycle including onboarding and offboarding.
c. Assist with performing information security risk reviews of vendors through vendor management software
13. Participate in vendor demonstrations as needed.
14. Handle special projects as assigned.
15. Serve on special committees as directed.
16. Participate in community affairs to increase Alliance Bank’s visibility and to enhance new business opportunities.
17. Keep updated on all laws and regulations and Alliance Bank policies and procedures pertaining to this position.
18. Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
