You’ll have an opportunity to join the front lines of a rapidly growing company and be an early critical member of our team. You’ll also be able to impact the early history of the company within the PNW. In this role you’ll resolve all computer and technology related issues for residential and small businesses while delivering exceptional and personal customer service. Below are the specific responsibilities and duties:
• Consult with customers in-store, over the phone, and on-site at their business or residence to provide solutions that best fit their needs
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• PC Hardware and software fault isolation and repair
• Perform data recovery and loss prevention
• Upgrade and install software
• Perform Network installation and maintenance (wired, wireless, LAN, WAN)
• Manage virus protection and Spyware/Adware removal
• Enhance security solutions for home and small business technology
• Deliver one-on-one training
• Call clients’ vendors for warranty and troubleshooting issues
• Manage a daily workload of services
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience with the Following:
• Providing technical support
• Professional, high energy, customer-oriented work ethic
• Strong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair (A certification skill set)
•
• Routers, TCP/IP, WAPs, Wireless, and other networking devices
• Proficiency with peer-to-peer and client/server network configuration and troubleshooting
• Office suite; Word, Excel, & PowerPoint & Outlook
• Mac and Apple experience
• In depth knowledge of Windows OS (Win 7, 8, 10, 11)
• Spyware / adware removal tools / antivirus programs
• Teaching with patience and to those with less knowledge on a complex subject
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications
• On site computer repair experience
