The Infrastructure and Economic Development Delivery Center, Technology Services Office is seeking a highly motivated IT professional to join the infrastructure team to support various technologies used to provide applications and services to employees and the citizens of Pennsylvania and support multiple Fleet Management facilities and users in Pennsylvania.
This position reports to the Office of Administration, Infrastructure and Economic Development (IED) Delivery Center, Technology Services Office (TSO), IT Coordinator Division. This position provides a variety of support and systems enhancement activities for end users at the PennDOT Fleet Management Division office, BOMO Annex, and other various remote offices. This position will support all technologies related to fleet diagnostic technologies and software to support the operation and maintenance of fleet equipment which is critical to the operation and maintenance of fleet equipment and the service PennDOT provides to the traveling public.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: Ad Hoc Telework. Employee is approved as a Part-Time Teleworker who works from Headquarters on a regular basis but must request and secure the supervisor’s consent in advance of scheduling a day to Telework. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as an Information Technology Trainee or Information Technology Technician; or
- Three years of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, networking or desktop services, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services; or
- One year of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, networking or desktop services, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services, and an associate's degree in any information technology field; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
- This particular position also requires one or more years of full-time experience with Active Directory.
- This particular position also requires one or more years of full-time experience imaging Windows workstations.
- This particular position also requires one or more years of full-time experience in working user incidents through Incident Management software.
- This particular position also requires one or more years of full-time experience using Microsoft Configuration Manager console.
- This particular position also requires one or more years of full-time experience with IT Asset Management.
- This particular position also requires one or more years of full-time experience providing mobile device management through Microsoft InTune.
- This particular position also requires a valid driver's license which is not under suspension.
