We are searching for a full time, direct hire IT Support Specialist for our customer in Erie PA to provide the technical expertise, MySQL Programing, and project coordination necessary to manage and install computer software products, modify/repair hardware, and resolve technical problems.
**Only candidates living in the Greater Erie Area need apply- no relocation is being considered**
You will
> Have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Management Information Systems or related
> **A minimum of 3 years experience with MySQL Computer Programming as a requirement**
> Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a help desk related role
> **Be bilingual English and Spanish as a requirement**
> Be well spoken ad able to explain in detail technology to an audience that may not be technically advanced
> Assist 3rd party manager with Website development and updating
> Be familiar with ERP systems
