Responsibilities
- Oversees the processes for the organization’s IT systems and department.
- Develops protocols to minimize disruptions during emergencies or data loss.
- Establishes standards for efficiency and efficacy, and recommends improvements
- Oversees the security of systems, networks, and enterprise information, and facilitates security audits.
- Manages multisite IT systems, supports corporate software applications, and handles data backups and server responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 10 years of IT experience; OR
- Master’s Degree with 7 years of IT experience
- A minimum of five years’ experience in IT department management
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus.
- Skilled in the latest IT systems and management technologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT and its practical applications to advance the company’s objectives
