IT / Technical Support Analyst
Great opportunity for a mid-level IT/Technical Support Analyst to join a top-notch company! You will own onboarding of new employees and provide technical support to associates in our HQ as well as for remote employees. You will serve as the IT ambassador to HR and the liaison between HR and IT teams. Approx. 1/3 of your time will be spent on onboarding duties and 2/3 on user support. You will join the Service Desk team with nearly 10 associates.
This is a direct hire position in King of Prussia, PA.
This is a hybrid role; telecommute up to 2 days/week (for the first 30-60 days, you will work in-office 4 days/week for training purposes).
