Inside Technical Sales sells technical services, products, and systems. Develops relationships with current customers and identifies potential new customers through visits and calls. Being a Inside Technical Sales creates and conducts technical presentations and demos that present current and future products to potential customers. Utilizes technical acumen to understand and gather customer requirements and to prepare specifications and generate quotes. Additionally, Inside Technical Sales builds customer confidence by addressing all technical objections/concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Partners with internal technical and marketing teams to offer suggestions for product enhancements and to share insights from customers. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related technical or scientific discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Inside Technical Sales occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     We are looking for experienced Inside Sales for our Memphis office whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience.” Our Inside Sales Support Specialists are sharp, organized, and friendly administrative professionals who work with our sales, technical, and accounting staff to help CTI meet our goal of providing a fantastic customer experience. We are looking for somebody dependable, personable, and enthusiastic who embraces any challenges that come his or her way.     These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as an inside sales administrator as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employee’s strengths:

    - Daily interaction with high-level clients & executives, handling special requests as needed

    - Assist sales staff with client projects by creating quotes
    • Vendor relations and working with vendors on special pricing
    • Order entry and tracking
    • Answering customers' calls and assisting them as needed.

    - General duties and tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    - Minimum high school degree required

    - Minimum 1-2 years corporate or administrative experience required

    - Customer service experience required
    • Able to work alone as well as in a team setting
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
