First Call Staffing is hiring for an Inside Sales Associate for a company in Kokomo. This will be a possible full-time hire for the right candidate. Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Respond efficiently and accurately to calls and emails.

• Coordinate export documents from preparation to closure. Manage online inquiries.

• Work with service center and freight forwarders to ensure shipments are handled in a timely manner

• Maintain well organized files for export and domestic inside sales.

• Build lasting relationships with internal and external customers

• Manage returns in Creatio/AO for all regions

• Assist with inside sales and various customer reports

• Add and maintain new customer information and customer changes

Schedule:

• Start and end hours may vary: 7am-4pm or 8am -5pm Monday-Friday

• Work is on-site at our client's facility - not a remote position.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Previous experience, at least 1-3 years of experience

• Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including MS Word, Outlook and Excel

• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills

• Meet the specific accountability requirements of the roll at all times

• Ability to multitask, maintain sales files, office machines and bulletin boards

• Associate degree preferred

Pay: $20.00 per hour
