Installation & Maintenance Technician Director jobs in Antioch, CA
Installation & Maintenance Technician Director directs the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Director leads all functions and ensures they are completed on time and within budget. Oversees the scheduling of installation and maintenance services. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Director requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Installation & Maintenance Technician Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. We provide maintenance services for commercial businesses such as carpentry, painting, landscaping, electrical, plumbing and portering. We service 60 commercial properties throughout Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano Counties.
We work full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Overtime work available for those you are interested. Each Technician is assigned a route that includes 5-10 properties. At these properties, the technician is in charge of inspecting and performing routine preventative maintenance on both the inside and the outside.We provide a great place to work! You'll want to show up and give it your best self everyday, we promise. We will reward you, give you a break, make sure you are covered and allow you to crush it!!!!
Qualifications:- Previous experience with various trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, concrete, etc.
- Previous experience with commercial properties a plus.
- Ability to handle physical workload; indoor and outdoors
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
Requirements:
- A valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUI's in last 5 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have own tools and vehicle (reimbursed for business mileage).
