Installation & Maintenance Technician Director directs the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Director leads all functions and ensures they are completed on time and within budget. Oversees the scheduling of installation and maintenance services. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Director requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Installation & Maintenance Technician Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Job Responsibilities HVAC Replacements Installation Technician
· Work on installation of Heating and Cooling systems in large residential homes and very light commercial facilities
· Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals.
· Understand the layout of duct work systems and equipment; read blueprints.
· Understand and install/work on replacement HVAC systems.
· Attend team meetings as needed.
Requirements

· Must have current Connecticut D or S trade license.
