Installation & Maintenance Technician Director jobs in Helena, MT
Installation & Maintenance Technician Director directs the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Director leads all functions and ensures they are completed on time and within budget. Oversees the scheduling of installation and maintenance services. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Director requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Installation & Maintenance Technician Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. We are also willing to train the right person to join our team in serving Park and Gallatin County. Must have a clean driving record, pass a background check, be presentable and show up on time. This Position is only available in Montana, and the applicant must live in the area.

Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Removing old HVAC equipment so new systems can be installed
- Running pipe and duct systems through homes
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
- Duct Cleaning
- Installaton of MiniSplit Units
- New Construction and Remodel
- Residential and Commerical
Benefits include after 90 days probation period, 5 Major Paid Holidays, and employee-paid Medical / Dental / Vision / with a portion of spouse / family paid. 401K / with company match. One week's vacation after one year of employment. With a second week added after two calendar years.
Work Monday-Friday 8 Hour days, or Monday-Thrusday 10 Hour days. (subject to change)
