Installation & Maintenance Technician, Sr. installs, maintains, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Documents and verifies equipment problems and repairs. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician, Sr. requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Installation & Maintenance Technician, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be an Installation & Maintenance Technician, Sr. typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. The floor/special projects crew is responsible for:
Stripping/finishing, scrubbing, and burnishing floors
Refinishing gym floors
Kaivacing/scrubbing bathrooms
Construction and top/down cleans
Janitorial Fill In
Windows
Other projects as assigned
A valid driver's license is required.
We will train you
Must be reliable
Must have positive attitude and good communication skills
Must be able to work independently
Must have a desire to please the customer
Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
