As a Mechanical Installation Manager, you proactively lead the team activities on-site. You are responsible for coordinating internal and external partners, material disposition, and tracking. You are the point of contact between the customer on the construction site and our project management.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Coordination and time management of internal/external partners at the construction site.
- Responsible for the quality of work on the construction site and ensuring compliance with customer specifications, including their continuous control and (if necessary) improvement.
- Ensure the flow of information on the construction site (internal, external companies, and customers).
Preparation of status reports and documentation.
- Work with the Project Management team to provide input with quote preparation as required.
- Help establish new and maintain existing standards and department procedures.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering for the automotive industry.
- Experience in the areas of construction sites, site management, project work, deadline tracking, and work safety as well as experience in the planning, installation, commissioning of systems in the automotive environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated and Curious; Ability and desire to independently learn and actively seek new skills
