Instructional Aide

• In-person instruction at Yulupa Elementary School
• Part-time schedule
• Small group math and reading intervention (Tier 2)
• Working with Pre K - 5th grade students

• Facilitate the implementation of academic instructional programs, class work, and assessments for students.
• Maintain program instructional materials and computer lab components.
• Conduct attendance and program tracking and reports.
• Monitor students’ computer use and behavior to keep them on task.
• Foster a positive classroom environment as you maintain the confidentiality of students and families.

• $38 per hour

• Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with teaching ELA, Math, STEM, Robotics, Lifeskills
• Unwavering belief that all children can learn.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with individuals.
• Knowledge of computer software and Microsoft Office experience.
• Classroom teaching support, tutoring experience, experience with small group academic intervention
• Be able to meet the schedule needs: Mon - Friday, 8:30am to 1:30pm
