ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for a Full-Time skilled accounting clerk / bookkeeping candidate to perform a variety of bookkeeping and commission-related tasks. Responsibilities include keeping financial records updated using various forms of data entry, preparing reports and reconciling general ledger accounts. You will run accounting software programs to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.
A successful candidate should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers. Ultimately, a successful candidate will ensure that our client's daily accounting functions are processed accurately, effectively, and with strict deadlines. Working independently, able to navigate outside distractions with ease, being able to concentrate for long periods of time, being comfortable with repetitive tasks, having a great memory and retention of data and processes, and being detail oriented is a must.

Onsite assessments given prior to interview and cover Excel, 10-key, Bookkeeping including General Ledger, and general computer skills.
Pre-employment Background Check and Credit Check will be required if a contingent job offer is made in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.

Probationary Period
The first 45 days following your start date will be a probationary period. During this period, both the company and you will determine whether you can perform the requirements of the job you have been assigned to. During the probation period, we will assess your performance in the form of a standard review. We strive to give each employee the opportunity to make improvements. However, if certain performance requirements and/or expectations are not met in a timely manner, we reserve the right to terminate your employment prior to 45 days or extend the probationary period.
