Instructor - Accounting jobs in Maryland

• Prepare and process all payrolls, includes semi-monthly, special quarterly and annual payrolls
• Maintain accurate payroll records
• Prepare payroll journal entries
• Upload 401(k) and deferred contributions to respective institutions
• Code and process invoices for payment
• Review payment requests for content and accuracy
• Process check payments, initiate wire transfers and ACH payments
• Set up new vendors
• Maintain various tracking spreadsheets
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Communicate with vendors regarding payroll/tax filings and quarterly/annual reports
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations related to payroll and deferred compensation

Starting Salary up to $80K
