Instructor - Communication teaches courses in the discipline area of communication. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Communication provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Communication typically reports to a department head. Able to perform all duties of Communications Aerial maintenance and Line work. Install and remove various anchors systems. Install and remove down guy/anchor, sidewalk arms, and guy guards. Lash and De-Lash Existing Cable. Experience in Pole Transfers of all types. Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service, interpersonal, communications and organization. Must have the ability to work inside the power space safely. Understanding emergency restoration protocols.
DOT Health Card required to operate and drive a bucket truck. A CDL license is a plus but not required. Minimum 2-3 years experience in all aspects of Aerial construction. Knowledge to read and understand aerial drawings. Must have a current, valid, unrestricted Drivers license.
