Duties and Responsibilities:

The Front Office Assistant will support the clinic in various operations within the practice including:

• Schedule appointments
• Maintain productive schedule
• Enter patient demographic and insurance information
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Confirm appointments
• Answer all incoming calls and return messages
• Greet and check in patients
• Send out patient letters
• Maintain productive schedule
• Assist Treatment Coordinator as needed with collections, insurance, and financial arrangements
• Provide exceptional customer service

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in a dental office setting
• Experience using Dentrix software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task while being accurate
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Demonstrated history of providing compassion, empathy, and respect when interacting with patients regarding dental concerns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
