Instructor - Drama teaches courses in the discipline area of drama. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Drama provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Drama typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research.   • Sport Instructors are outgoing, friendly, and genialamicable. They exhibit a selfless, sympathetic interest in others and must be patient and consistent in their dealings with both the parents and the players. They are experts in coaching young children and shouldwill be given some latitude in creating the most beneficial programming for each group. You will need to train them on your general program operations and in creating the i9 Sports Experience. Once they have earned your trust, the best candidates will require minimal sport-specific oversight. Sports Instructors must have a warm and friendly personality in order to get the children engaged in the sport and exercises. Drill Sergeants need not apply!

    Depth of knowledge of a specific sport and age group development. Sport Instructors need to be the resident “expert” of the age groups and sport they will be working.

    Warmth, empathy, and helpfulness. In order to connect with the parents and participants your Instructors must show a genuine, sympathetic interest in the child’s individual development. Your Sport Instructors must have a strong desire to help children develop as players and people.

    Patient and consistent.: There will be times when not all goes according to plan. Several players may not show up 1 session or the group may not be grasping a technique as quickly as we would have thought. Your Instructors must have the patience and coaching ability to create a consistent i9 Sports Experience.

    Efficiency is of utmost importance. Staying on time is of great importance to your families. Programs must be started and finished on schedule. During the program, the players must to be active throughout. There is no need for long lines.

    Sports Instructors need to set help setup and breakdown the area they are working. Some instructors or staff may have to check temperatures, wipe equipment and seats down before and after games. May be require to coach, or ref a game if needed on that day.

    Sport Instructor/ staff is there to help the Sports Coordinator put on the best experience for the kids as the kids are learning and playing a sport.

    Some instructor/staff may get the fields ready, put road sign out, and/ or put flyers out. Staff maybe asked to work some in person event andevents where they haveare required to talk and be knowledgeable about i9 Sports.

    Sports Instructor/ staff can increase in pay with a year with i9 sports, and can move up to different position as they open.There is upward mobility within our program. After maintaining a good working relationship with peers and the Area Director, raises will be discussed after one year. Sports Instructors that show initiative and desire may then be promoted to Sports Coordinator positions as they become available.
