**Job Overview:** We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cosmetology Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and adult education, with the ability to educate and inspire future professionals in the beauty industry. **Duties:** - Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in various areas of cosmetology, including hair styling, makeup application, nail care, hair extensions, and trigger point therapy. - Provide hands-on instruction to students in a classroom setting. - Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures to students. - Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. - Stay current with industry trends and techniques to enhance curriculum. **Experience:** - Previous experience working as a cosmetologist or in a related field. - Valid cosmetology license. - Experience in adult education or teaching is preferred. - Strong knowledge of hair styling, makeup application, nail care, hair extensions, and trigger point therapy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for educating and inspiring others in the beauty industry.
