Being an Instructor - Economics provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Economics typically reports to a department head. We are accepting applications for Adjunct Faculty – Industrial Technology who will adhere to the aforementioned mission statement, and perform duties primarily related to the instruction of courses in assigned disciplines. Teaching responsibilities include time spent in the classroom, laboratory, online courses, or tech supported classes, and in immediate preparation for respective courses; maintaining and improving competence in subjects being taught; and preparing teaching materials.
EDUCATION:
Required: Associate Degree or higher and demonstrated competencies in Industrial Technology, i.e., HVAC, Instrumentation, or related field. Work experience and professional certification may substitute for educational requirements.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Preferred: Industry 4.0., Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA) Certification, National Institute of Metalworking Skills (NIMS) Certification, NCCER Level 2 Electrical, Mechanical, or related.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Three (3) years of industry-relevant work experience.
