We are currently hiring High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) instructors for contract positions instructing classes at a military installation in Great Falls, MT. (START DATE: May 2024)
HIIT Instructor Responsibilities:
- Lead HIIT classes at any of the following times: 9:00 AM or 6:00 PM
- Design and implement effective HIIT classes tailored to meet the needs of diverse clients.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and form.
- Ensure attendance/log sheet is complete for each HIIT class.
- Adhere to Mizani Fitness policy and procedures.
- Adhere to Mizani Fitness client policy and procedures.
HIIT Instructor Experience:
- Previous experience in HIIT or group fitness instruction.
- HIIT certification or Personal Trainer certification is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate varying fitness levels.
