Join our dynamic team at National Park College as we search for a passionate and experienced Industrial Technology Instructor to fill a nine-month position, conducting day and evening classes with the potential to teach during summer sessions. The full-time teaching load consists of fifteen credit hours per fall and spring semesters, offering a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' education.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students for knowledge and technical skill attainment.
- Ensure compliance with attendance, work ethics, grading, and reporting in a timely manner.
- Emphasize student learning by showcasing enthusiasm for the subject matter, practices, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in classroom and lab areas.
- Monitor equipment and facility maintenance and security.
- Participate in continuous improvement, curriculum design, and professional development.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of subject matter and educational planning.
- Proficiency in teaching techniques, learning aids, and appropriate teaching materials.
- Ability to develop and teach students based on assessments and evaluation.
- Evaluate progress and revise lesson plans as needed.
- Provide advice and guidance relative to student education.
Education and Experience:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience in Industrial Maintenance.
- Considered: Associate’s degree and six years of professional experience in the field.
- Required: Proven work experience and industry certifications.
- Preferred: Teaching experience in a classroom or industry setting.
- Ability to translate classroom theory into hands-on skills in a laboratory environment.
