Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant- (2-4) years legal experience)

Established Law firm focusing on the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, accidental disability retirement, social security disability, wills, estates and trusts, business litigation (contracts, commercial leases)and probate.

We are seeking a full time Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant preferably with civil litigation experience.. Must be well organized, punctual, energetic and able to multi-task. Must have strong administrative, computer and phone skills. Bi-Lingual is a plus.

Duties include communicating with clients and attorneys, coordinating case preparation, requesting reports and medical records and preparing documents for court, administrative duties and other office requirements when needed.
