The Bibb County School District is now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year.

Candidates must be certified in or eligible for certification in Culinary Arts.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under direction of the school's principal, plans and provides for appropriate learning experiences for students. Provides an atmosphere and environment conducive to the intellectual, physical, social and emotional development of individuals to ensure achievement and performance for every child.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associate's degree or higher in Culinary Arts or a Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GA PSC)-determined equivalent; and
2. Have at least two (2) years of verifiable occupational work experience in the field.
3. Upon the receipt of an initial certificate, the educator must affiliate with and complete a state-approved program in Trade and Industrial Education in order to convert to the Clear Renewable Technical Specialist certificate.

SALARY/TERMS/BENEFITS:
1. 190 day work year.
2. Salary based on certification and experience; placement on the Georgia Annual Salary Schedule.
