We are looking for a professional martial arts instructor to join our team! Someone who is currently teaching or has previously taught within the last year or so at a professional martial arts school.

**Job Summary:**
You must be willing to learn our martial arts system.
- Provide instruction and training in TaeKwonDo & Kickboxing to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Promote our core principles respect, discipline, honesty, communication, vision, self esteem and leadership skills
**Responsibilities:**
1. Teach martial arts techniques and forms to students, ensuring they understand and practice them correctly.
2. Develop lesson plans and training programs that cater to students' needs and skill levels.
3. Monitor and assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
4. Demonstrate and promote discipline, respect, and sportsmanship within the class.
5. Ensure the safety of students during training, emphasizing proper techniques and equipment use.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest martial arts trends, techniques, and teaching methods.
7. Assist in organizing and participating in martial arts events, demonstrations, or competitions.
8. Maintain a clean and organized training area.
9. Promote and market martial arts classes to attract new students.
**Qualifications:**
**Must have taught recently at a martial arts school or currently teaching**
- Certified black belt or higher rank in a relevant martial art.
- Previous teaching or coaching experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus.
- Patience and a passion for martial arts and teaching.
**Working Conditions:**
- Typically work in a martial arts studio.
- Required evening and occasional Saturdays.
- Physical fitness and the ability to demonstrate techniques are essential.
