Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. The Technician will be responsible for supervising and performing various duties related to maintenance and repair work.

Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs
- Supervise maintenance staff and provide guidance as necessary
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Perform welding tasks when required
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to fabricate parts using various tools and equipment
- Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff effectively
- Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
- Proficiency in English language for effective communication.
