Conduct routine testing and preventative maintenance to ensure conformance to established calibration standards. Being an Instrumentation/Calibration Technician experience using calibration software and diagnostic tools. Understanding of standards such as ISO,GMP,QSR. Additionally, Instrumentation/Calibration Technician requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Psychiatric Emergency Department Technician (PEDT) is an individual who assists the health care professionals in the delivery of care to patients. Possesses the ability to collect, assess, or retrieve data reflective of the patient s status relative to his/her age. Interprets and evaluates the appropriate information needed to identify each patient s needs and requirements relative to patient outcomes. The PEDT provides care under the direction of the Registered Nurse utilizing the skills and techniques established within job requirements.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. At least one year of patient care experience. Maintains successful completion of all Orientation Programs to include BEST Training.
Can work in a well-lighted office area. Participate in crisis deescalation and restraint. Hazards include risk of exposure to communicable disease, risk of physical injury, operation of equipment, and hazardous chemicals.
